Key information for your gas safety check:

  • Annual gas safety checks are important to ensure the safety of yourself, your family and your neighbours
  • If you have an appointment scheduled, we will contact you beforehand to confirm
  • If anyone in your household has coronavirus symptoms, is shielding or self-isolating, please let us know.
  • On the day of the appointment, we would ask you to stay in a different room from the engineer; you will not be required to sign any paperwork
