Laura Pluck

Group Director of Communities

Laura has more than 25 years' experience in the social housing and care holding a range of senior operational and strategic leadership roles. She has extensive experience in leading customer-facing services, delivering organisational change and driving performance improvement.

Prior to her current role, Laura was Managing Director of Wheatley Care. As Group Director of Communities, she leads a diverse portfolio of services including the Customer First Centre, Health and Fire Safety, Mid and Full Market Rentals and Property Management. Laura also provides strategic oversight of the Wheatley Foundation ensuring our community investment and partnership activity delivers meaningful impact in tackling poverty, reducing social exclusion ad creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.

Laura has a BA (Hons) in Social Policy from the University of Paisley and holds a number of professional qualifications. She has expertise in leadership, partnership working, service transformation, quality improvement and delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.
