Summarised below are the key terms and conditions that as an employee you can enjoy working for Loretto Housing Association.

Salary - competitive salaries are reviewed regularly and specific on-call and sleepover rates are paid as appropriate

Payment - salaries are paid monthly by BACS transfer

Working Week - full time staff work 37.5 hours per week

Holidays - 38 days including public holidays (pro-rated for part-time staff)

Pension - Loretto offers a defined benefit pension scheme through the Scottish Housing Associations' Pension Scheme (SHAPS).    Further information may be obtained from Human Resources.

Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - there are policies in place to support families and enhanced rates of pay for new mums, dads and adoptive parents
