We provide a maintenance service to all our properties, this includes common offices for staff providing care to our supported tenants. We have approximately 850 units spread throughout the Glasgow, North and South Lanarkshire, Falkirk, Renfrewshire and Dumbartonshire.
Reactive Repairs:
These are repairs or faults which may occur internally or externally around your home and have the following attendance priorities:
Emergency (24 hours) - Danger of serious injury, major water escapes, security of property etc
Urgent (3 working days) - Minor water escapes, loose taps, slow draining sinks, loose window handles etc
Routine (10 working days) - External repairs, non urgent repairs within property
Voids (5 – 25 working days) - Required repairs to reinstate properties to an acceptable habitable standard

Cyclical Maintenance:
These are items which are due for regular servicing or maintenance and include:
