We want to provide a housing management service that helps tenants enjoy living in a safe and secure home.  That means listening, so our staff make the time to meet tenants in their home, or in our offices on each estate.

We concentrate on getting the basics right.  We think it is important that our housing estates are tidy and well maintained.  Our tenants shouldn't have to suffer anti-social behaviour from neighbours.

We also provide housing management services for other housing owners.  This includes other housing associations and sheltered housing. 

The housing management team is based at Lipton House and has responsibility for the following:

• Collection of Rents & Service Charges
• Allocation of Appropriate Accomodation to Applicants
• Tenancy Management
• Adaptation of Properties to meet Specific Needs
• Shared Ownership Housing
• Mortgage to Rent Scheme
• Promotion of Participation of Tenants in Loretto Housing
