Loretto Housing Association was established in 1977 as a national specialist housing association and now provides housing for both tenants with special needs and mainstream tenants generally within an integrated mixed development

The Association is a registered charity and is registered with Communities Scotland. Loretto Housing has a subsidiary company, Loretto Care, established specifically to provide care services to those in need.

The Association is committed to being open and transparent in the way we do business, encouraging tenants to get involved in many ways, including attendance at Committee Meetings.

Within the Group, Loretto now employs more than 500 staff who receive continuous training to ensure the high standards set by the Association in its service delivery are always maintained.

Loretto Housing continues to expand through an ongoing development programme, creating integrated communities. Last year we increased our stock by 29 units as well as working with other organisations to whom we offer specialist advice and assistance.
