You will have responsibility for the day – to – day running of a designated site or sites, implementing policies, procedures, standards and overseeing care practices within the service. You will ensure the work of service staff is coordinated in an effective manner, while participating in direct work with the individuals we work for.

You may be asked to participate in the Organisation’s on-call service, for which an appropriate allowance is paid. A SSSC recognised qualification e.g. SVQ 4 Health and Social Care or SVQ 3 Health and Social Care with commitment to achieve a relevant supervisory qualification is essential.

Service visits for shortlisted candidates will be held during week beginning 13 February 2012. Service visits are a compulsory part of the recruitment process therefore if you fail to attend you will not be considered for interview.
