Description

As Service Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the Housing Support Care at Home and Care Home service.  You will ensure service users receive the necessary supports to enable them to maintain their health, wellbeing and their tenancy and also for developing, establishing and implementing policies, procedures, standards and care practices across the service.
