Type of service provided
Community Service provides a Housing Support Service to individuals who are currently experiencing homeless or who are at threat of becoming homeless.
The service is operational 365 days a year
Monday – Friday 8:45am – 7:30pm
Saturday – Sunday 8:45am – 5:30pm

The service operates a multi agency approach which includes involvement from Health, Social Work, Housing and other Voluntary Organisation’s in order to maximise the opportunities for Service Users. Each service user is allocated a key worker. The key worker is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the information from the referral form, Case Worker and from the Service User is used to devise a comprehensive and person centred support plan. An area team works along with the key worker to ensure that the agreed support is provided and service users are given the opportunity to develop in any identified area’s.
How to make a referral and who to contact
Anyone living in the north of the city who is homeless or at threat of becoming homeless can be referred. Referral forms can be obtained from Glasgow City Council Case Work Teams.

• Homeless Addiction Team
