Type of service provided
The Service is registered with the Care Commission and provides Housing Support and Care at Home services to individuals living throughout the local authority area who have experienced mental health difficulties.
All service users have an individualised, comprehensive support package.
Service Users are supported to learn or revisit many daily living skills which may include support with their tenancy, shopping, homecare or personal care assistance.
The core support times are between 8am an 11pm with sleepover provision from 11pm to 8am. The sleepover facility is located within the staff base.
We also have 24 hour support packages which are delivered to individuals within the local community and these support packages may include wakened nights duty.
Staffing within the Services comprises of the following:
1 x Project Co-ordinator
2 x Team Leaders
12 x Support Workers
25.5 x Support Assistants
