The Renfrewshire service supports adults with mental health problems and/or a learning disability.
The age range of referrals is 16 plus.
Renfrewshire service consists of 3 sites, 1 based at Linwood, address as above, 1 at Johnstone, 2 Thomson Street and 1 within Renfrew, 2 Fulbar Street.
Staff team consist of one project manager who oversees the development of the housing support projects.
There are 2 team leaders, who are responsible for the day to day management of the projects. There are 9 support workers and 10 support assistants who work within the service.
How to make a referral and who to contact
Renfrewshire council have preferential rights of nomination to vacancies within the projects. Other agencies may refer individuals to the council to be considered for nomination. It is the team leaders responsibility to notify Renfrewshire commissioning team should a vacancy become available. Once referrals have been made the projects co-ordinator and referring officers will meet to discuss the support needs of the individual. The organisation has the final decision regarding referrals.
