Type of service provided
Anderston/ Finnieston service provides a housing support, care at home service to 24 men and 3 women who are living within their own tenancies across four main sights which are Anderston, Charing cross, Burnbank, Finnieston Most of who have been affected by homelessness, alcohol issues, mental health. The service is designed to provide long term accommodation and approx 20hours support per week to service users who may have difficulty sustaining a tenancy without.
Anderston Finnieston service is staffed between staff offices as detailed above The service is staffed 24hrs with sleepover provision.

The service supports individuals to maintain their tenancy and to support service users to live as independently as possible in the community and receive a package of care which focuses on the individual needs of the service user. Each Service user has their own self contained furnished tenancy with an individual package of support focusing on their individual preferences, needs and aspirations. The service provides support with accessing other support services, for example health services, Social work services, benefit agencies, cultural and leisure activities, education and training.
How to make a referral and who to contact
A comprehensive assessment of need ( HART assessment, HIA Hostel reprovisioning and resettlement assessment, CC1 or equivalent should be completed along with a Loretto referral form and forwarded directly to the service provider as detailed below.
