Loretto Care is a subsidiary company of Loretto Housing Association. We are a Company Limited by guarantee; we do not have share capital.

We have our own independent committee of management which is recruited following open advertisements in the national press. All management committee positions are voluntary.

The management committee meets at least 6 times a year to receive reports from staff about strategic as well as operational matters. Loretto Housing and Loretto Care work closely together to agree the company’s overall strategic direction, the resources required, new business targets and required staffing complement.

Management committee members have a range of backgrounds including social and health care professionals, accountancy, teaching as well as general business.
