Core Values

Loretto aims to offer tenants and service users an individual service designed around individual needs. We aim to be flexible and creative in our work with others, based upon core values.

These core values were introduced in 1996 following consultation with staff and other stakeholders. They are reviewed at appropriate intervals through consultation, to ensure they remain valid and are experienced by all tenants, service users and staff.

Person Centred - we respect staff, tenants and service users as individuals who have the right to be listened to and understood at all times.

Open Communicator - our working practices offer an opportunity for all staff, tenants and service users to input their own views with the expectation that the Organisation will respond within set timescales.

Committed - we encourage staff to be innovative, to take considered risks and to work as part of a team at all levels.

Quality - we ensure that everything we do is of a high quality within given resources available.
